Actors Missy Pyle, Christinna Moore and Sir John Ducey really enjoy the benefits of my 11:00am class, Mat Pilates with Weight Circuit Training this one-hour class includes 30 minutes of full body weight training to improve your overall fitness, muscular endurance, tone and definition + 30 minutes of Mat Pilates to introduce you to the "power center" of the body by using the essential exercises of the traditional Mat Pilates. With proper form and technique, you can build muscle balance, strength, endurance and flexibility.
